Broadstone on Fifth

Situated at the fringe of rapidly developing downtown Fort Worth, The Broadstone is a 6 story mid-rise multifamily building that offers 345 housing units and extensive amenity spaces. The third story roof top deck, comprised of over an acre of amenities, has incredible views of the Ft Worth skyline.

The design process focused on creating a series of luxurious “rooms” that would attract residents at all times and all seasons. Highlights include an elaborate pool with shade structures that double as water curtains, 3 contemporary water fountains, fireplaces overlooking downtown, gardens, and bocce ball courts. The project received top honor at the Southeast Building Conference 2019 Aurora Awards: Grand Award for Best Multifamily Housing Community- 5 Stories or More.
